Q: WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING TIMES?

US Shipping Time Estimates

Other Items: 7-15 Business Days on Average

Q: Can I Get Refund?

Note:  Orders must be canceled within 24 hours of your order.  Otherwise the item must be returned in order to receive a full refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Email support@bestmarketplacefinds.com with the reason for the refund and we will contact you as soon as possible, usually within 24 business hours.

Q: I received no email confirmation after I ordered, what gives?

Note:  Please check your spam folder, otherwise please double check your email as if it was incorrect or misspelled, then there is no way for us to contact you.  That's the most common explanation as a receipt email is automatically sent to any and all orders.

 

HOODIES SIZE GUIDE:

BODY WIDTH measurements are taken from arm pit to arm pit.
This is Not the same as bust size in a bra.

A good way to measure BODY WIDTH is to measure the distance from armpit
to armpit of a hoodie or shirt you already own. 

Q: There Is A Faint Outline Around My Shirt Design.

A: Some shirts are pre-treated prior to printing. Don’t worry, it will disappear the first time you wash the shirt.

Q: You Made A Mistake On My Order.

A: We are very sorry. It doesn’t happen often, but nobody’s perfect. Email support@bestmarketplacefinds.com and we’ll work with you to make it right. Often, this will simply require that you send us a pic of our error so we can a) verify your claim and b) call you to correct it.

Q: How Do I Return Or Exchange My Shirt?

A: Please Email us at support@bestmarketplacefinds.com and let us know what the problem is! We will work with you to correct the issue. Please remember, these are custom printed shirts, made to order. Once printed, we cannot un-print them or return them to stock. So, we will work to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase!

If a refund is determined to be warranted, we will process a refund for the original price of the shirt as quickly as possible. Refunds typically take 1-3 business days to process once we have issued them. If you would like to make an exchange please make sure to include payment information for return shipping. (Either an email linked to PayPal or card information.)

 Q: How Long Does Printing Usually Take?

A: Printing times can vary. Currently we are printing mostly 10-14 days

Q: WHEN WILL MY ITEM GET HERE?

BestMarketPlaceFinds partners with Global Merchants and Canvas Artisans in order to provide you the best prices and a unique global shopping experience.

This means that your order is shipped from global areas such as Thailand, Tibet, China, India, etc. Our paintings will be created, and dried the day it is ordered, in order to maintain quality. Tracking codes will be sent to you once this process is completed.

Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-3 weeks to arrive.

Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way :)

Q: I don't understand the meaning of rolled canvas (not-framed) and ready to hang?

No problem, here's a couple of illustrations:

Q: It Says My Address Is Not Found

A: We ship using the United States Post Office. If you have a PO box and do not get mail at your physical address, you should use the PO box. The verification can be tricky on specific abbreviations as well. USPS.com “find zip code” can help you find your specific abbreviations and how USPS will verify your address.

Q: I ordered 2+ items, but only received one... where's my order?

We have a large assortment of products not stocked in house, when you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once…they are on the way :)
